Welcome to Fall, Michigan, where autumn never seems to end, the bookstores are cozy, and somebody is almost certainly keeping a secret.
In the Hearth & Quill Mysteries, bookstore owner and amateur sleuth Harper Whitmore finds herself tangled in cold cases, suspicious deaths, long-buried scandals, and the kind of town drama everyone swears they know nothing about.
Expect crackling bonfires, apple orchards, charming shops, found family, a swoony slow-burn romance, plenty of humor—and murders that have a terrible habit of interrupting perfectly good fall festivals.
Basically, I write books for people who believe September through November is a personality trait, bookstores are better than bars, and homicide is considerably more enjoyable when it happens fictionally.
